Everything is Easier with Chocolate

After nearly 20 years of journal writing, I have decided to take the plunge and start a blog.  The topic?  This is too obvious: food.  My obsession with discovering culinary delights has finally gotten the better of me and so, fortified with copious amounts of dark chocolate covered espresso beans, I am starting this blog at 12.20am to share with you my love for all things tasty.  Welcome!
